1. Definitions

RentalSpots is an online platform that connects landlords and tenants. RentalSpots acts as an intermediary and is not a party to the rental agreement between landlord and tenant.

2. Registration and Account

To use our services, registration is required. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Landlords

As a landlord, you are responsible for:

• the accuracy and completeness of your listings
• fulfilling agreements with tenants
• providing rented items in good condition
• complying with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Tenants

As a tenant, you are responsible for:

• handling rented items with care
• timely payment as agreed
• returning items in the same condition as received
• reporting damage or loss to the landlord

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Landlords pay a subscription fee to post listings. Payments are processed through our secure payment provider Mollie. Rental agreements and payments between landlords and tenants are outside our responsibility.

6. Liability

RentalSpots is not liable for:

• damages or losses arising from rental agreements
• the quality, safety, or legality of items offered
• the behavior or negligence of users

7. Intellectual Property

All content on RentalSpots, including logos, texts, and designs, is the property of RentalSpots or its licensors.

8. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we process your data.

9. Changes

RentalSpots reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Changes take effect after publication on the website.

10. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Belgium.
